While we do not offer change-of-mind returns, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly. For more details, check our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations may not be possible. Contact us at hello@greenvyne.com.au immediately after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist. Once shipped, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

We offer flat-rate standard shipping for $14.95 and express shipping for $19.95 within Australia. Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $149.

Currently, we do not offer local pickup. All orders are shipped directly to your address for your convenience.

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor its delivery status in real-time.

We use plastic-free, recyclable or compostable packaging and ship via Sendle and Australia Post for reliable, trackable delivery.

While local manufacturing was our preference, finding domestic manufacturers with the necessary expertise and facilities proved challenging. To uphold our commitment to quality, affordability, and sustainability, we’ve partnered with ethical manufacturers worldwide who share our values.

Our products are responsibly crafted with the help of skilled partners in Hong Kong, India, and China. This global collaboration allows us to deliver high-quality, sustainable products while staying true to our Australian roots.

Due to a manufacturing oversight, some of our products were produced and shipped without the Greenvyne logo. Rest assured, these items are crafted with the same premium materials and commitment to sustainability that define our brand.

Our stainless steel and silicone products are FDA and LFGB-certified, ensuring they meet the highest safety and quality standards.

Our products are crafted from high-quality, food-grade stainless steel and food-grade silicone, sustainably sourced to ensure safety and durability. We use stainless steel grades 304 (18/8), 316 (18/10), and 430 (18/0). The exact stainless steel grade is listed on each product description page. Minor surface marks or blemishes may occur during the manufacturing process, especially on stainless steel products. Rest assured, every item is thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Yes, we advise washing your stainless steel products before their first use. If you notice black spots or water stains, rest assured these are harmless residues from the cleaning process during manufacturing. A quick handwash with warm, soapy water or a cycle in the dishwasher will leave them spotless and ready to use.

Most of our stainless steel products are not microwave-safe, as stainless steel can cause sparks and damage your microwave unless specifically designed for microwave use. However, our Tuffin Range food storage containers are microwave-safe. Please check the individual product description page for detailed usage and care instructions.

SUS304 is a premium grade of stainless steel, known for its durability, corrosion resistance, and versatility (18% chromium, 8% nickel). Most of our products use SUS304 for its excellent quality and performance.

We generally avoid marking our products to maintain a clean, aesthetically pleasing design. However, rest assured that all materials, including SUS304, meet the highest safety and quality standards.
