While we do not offer change-of-mind returns, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly. For more details, check our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations may not be possible. Contact us at hello@greenvyne.com.au immediately after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist. Once shipped, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

We offer flat-rate standard shipping for $12.95 and express shipping for $25.95 within Australia. Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $119.

While local manufacturing was our preference, finding domestic manufacturers with the necessary expertise and facilities proved challenging. To uphold our commitment to quality, affordability, and sustainability, we’ve partnered with ethical manufacturers worldwide who share our values.

Due to a manufacturing oversight, some of our products were produced and shipped without the Greenvyne logo. Rest assured, these items are crafted with the same premium materials and commitment to sustainability that define our brand.

Our approach is to select premium materials known for their quality and durability. We craft our products from 18/8 (304) food-grade stainless steel and high-quality platinum silicone. These materials are widely used for kitchen and tableware due to their excellent performance and longevity, allowing us to provide practical and long-lasting options for your family.

Our products are crafted from high-quality, food-grade stainless steel and food-grade silicone. We use stainless steel grades 304 (18/8), 316 (18/10), and 430 (18/0). Minor surface marks or faint blemishes can occasionally occur during the manufacturing and polishing process of stainless steel. Rest assured, every item is inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our high-quality standards and is ready for your family to use.

Yes, we always recommend washing your stainless steel products before first use. Occasionally, you might notice some residue left over from the manufacturing and polishing process. A quick handwash with warm, soapy water or a cycle in the dishwasher will easily remove this, leaving your products spotless and ready for mealtime.

Most of our stainless steel products are not microwave-safe, as stainless steel can cause sparks and damage your microwave unless specifically designed for microwave use. However, our Tuffin Range food storage containers are microwave-safe. Please check the individual product description page for detailed usage and care instructions.

SUS304 is a premium grade of stainless steel, also known as 18/8 steel. It is widely used for high-quality kitchenware due to its excellent durability and corrosion resistance.
