Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations may not be possible. Contact us at hello@greenvyne.com.au immediately after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist. Once shipped, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

Are your products certified?
Our highest priority is the safety and quality of our products. To ensure this, we engage independent labs to test our products to certify they are free from harmful chemicals like BPA, BPS, lead, and phthalates.

What are your products made from?
Our products are crafted from high-quality, food-grade stainless steel and food-grade silicone. We use stainless steel grades 304 (18/8), 316 (18/10), and 430 (18/0). Why do some products have minor marks or blemishes?
Minor surface marks or faint blemishes can occasionally occur during the manufacturing and polishing process of stainless steel. Rest assured, every item is inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our high-quality standards and is ready for your family to use.
Should I wash my stainless steel products before use?
Yes, we always recommend washing your stainless steel products before first use. Occasionally, you might notice some residue left over from the manufacturing and polishing process. A quick handwash with warm, soapy water or a cycle in the dishwasher will easily remove this, leaving your products spotless and ready for mealtime.
Can I use your stainless steel products in the microwave?
Most of our stainless steel products are not microwave-safe, as stainless steel can cause sparks and damage your microwave unless specifically designed for microwave use. However, our Tuffin Range food storage containers are microwave-safe. Please check the individual product description page for detailed usage and care instructions.
What is SUS304, and why is it marked on some of your products?
SUS304 is a premium grade of stainless steel, also known as 18/8 steel. It is widely used for high-quality kitchenware due to its excellent durability and corrosion resistance.
