Promotions – Terms & Conditions (Australia)

This page explains the rules for Greenvyne promotional offers, including the Photo Review Cash Reward and the Monthly Review Draw (together, the “Promotions”). By participating, you agree to these T&Cs and to our Privacy Policy.


Eligibility

  • Open to Australian residents aged 18+.
  • Excludes Greenvyne employees, agencies, and their immediate family.
  • Promotions are void where prohibited and are subject to all applicable laws.


Promotion Periods

Each Promotion runs during the dates we publish on-site, in email, or social posts (the “Promotion Period”).

  • For the current campaign, the Product Review Reward runs from 01/10/2025 12:01am AEST to 31/10/2025 11:59pm AEST.


Product Review Reward (the “Store Credit”)


What you get:

  • A $10 store credit for a qualifying text-only review.
  • A $15 store credit for a qualifying text review that includes a photo.


How to qualify:

  • Submit a review of a Greenvyne product you purchased from our website.
  • For the $15 credit, your review must include written feedback and at least one clear photo of the product.
  • Your review must be published on our site via Judge.me during the Promotion Period.
  • Any honest review qualifies (positive, neutral, or negative).

How do you get your reward:

  • A maximum of one Store Credit (up to $15) can be earned per order, regardless of the number of products reviewed from that order.
  • Your Store Credit will be issued as a unique, single-use discount code sent to the email address associated with your order.
  • The credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
  • Your code will be processed and emailed by Greenvyne within 3 business days of your review’s publication.


Limits & verification

  • We may request proof of purchase or additional information to verify eligibility.
  • Reviews must be your own, relate to the product purchased, and not infringe any third-party rights.
  • Returns: If the original order is returned for a refund, any issued Store Credit from that order will be voided.
  • Greenvyne may reject or remove reviews that are unlawful, abusive, misleading, spam, or off-topic.


Transparency:

  • Qualifying reviews are marked as “Incentivised” on our site for transparency.


How we use your photos and reviews

By submitting a review (text, photos, videos), you grant Greenvyne a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish and communicate that content across our website, emails, ads and social channels, credited by first name only. You warrant you own the content and it contains no third-party intellectual property without permission.


Fair use & fraud

Greenvyne may audit, suspend, or cancel participation (and withhold rewards) where we reasonably suspect: fraudulent activity, bulk/automated submissions, duplicate accounts, or misuse. Greenvyne’s decisions are final.


Privacy

We collect and handle personal information (e.g., name, email, order details) to administer the Promotions, issue rewards, and display reviews. Handling is in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Some service providers (e.g., review or payment platforms) may be located overseas.


Liability

Nothing limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, Greenvyne is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or ineligible entries; technical failures; or any loss arising from participation in the Promotions or use of any reward, except where caused by our negligence.


Changes & cancellation

We may update or cancel a Promotion (including these T&Cs) where necessary due to error, fraud, or events beyond our control. Changes will apply prospectively and be posted on this page. Any earned but unpaid Cash Rewards will still be honoured.
