Greenvyne Returns and Refunds Policy
We stand by the quality and performance of our products. If you have an issue or need to return something, we’re here to help—just email us at hello@greenvyne.com.au.
Australian Consumer Law
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply. For a major failure with a product, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. For a minor failure, we will repair, replace, or refund the item within a reasonable time.
Change-of-Mind Returns (Store Credit Only)
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery; the return must be received by us within 30 days.
- The item must be unopened, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all inserts.
- A store credit for the product's value will be issued once the return is inspected. No refunds are provided for change-of-mind.
- The customer pays for return shipping, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- A restocking fee (up to 10%) may apply if packaging is not in a resaleable condition. (This fee never applies to faulty items or ACL returns.)
Delivery Damage or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue. This allows us to investigate with the shipping carrier and sort it out for you as quickly as possible.
Faulty Products (Consumer Guarantees)
If your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as you notice it with photos or a video of the issue. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law do not have a specific expiry date; where a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
How to Start a Return
Email hello@greenvyne.com.au with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos (if applicable). We will reply with instructions and the return address. Please note that unauthorised returns may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items (Unless Faulty)
- Gift cards and final sale items.
- Colour differences due to variations between screen displays and the real-life product.
- Minor surface marks or blemishes on stainless-steel items that can occur during manufacturing and do not affect the product's performance or safety.
Refunds & Store Credits
- Change-of-mind: A store credit is issued after your returned item has been inspected and approved.
- Faulty/incorrect items: A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Bank processing times can vary, so please check with your bank if you have not received it after 10 business days.
- Gift returns: Approved returns for items received as a gift will be issued as a store credit to the gift recipient.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order.
