Greenvyne Shipping Policy

We are dedicated to ensuring your order is delivered safely and promptly. Below are our shipping options, costs, and delivery timeframes.

Promotional Discounts & Free Shipping

Black Friday, Cyber Week and other promotional discounts are standalone offers. These savings don’t combine with other offers, including free shipping, clearance items or factory seconds. Orders with a percentage-off discount will have standard shipping rates applied, even if the post-discount subtotal exceeds our free shipping threshold.

Shipping Rates within Australia

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $129
  • Standard Shipping: $14.95 flat rate on all orders under $129
  • Express Shipping: $25.95 flat rate for expedited delivery.

Shipping Rates for New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping: $25.95 flat rate on all orders.

Christmas Shipping Cut-Off Dates (Australia)

To help your order arrive in time for Christmas, we recommend placing orders by the dates below. These are based on carrier guidance from Australia Post and Sendle and apply to orders shipped within Australia.

Please note that delivery timeframes may vary during the busy Christmas period and are outside our control once your order has been dispatched.

Recommended Order-By Dates

  • NSW, VIC, ACT: Order by 17 December
  • QLD: Order by 16 December
  • WA: Order by 16 December
  • TAS: Order by 15 December
  • NT: Order by 11 December

Orders placed after these dates may still arrive before Christmas, but delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Important Notes

  • Australia Post does not deliver on public holidays, including Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
  • Express shipping improves delivery speed but does not guarantee Christmas delivery during peak periods.
  • Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timeframes are managed by Australia Post or Sendle.
  • You’ll see an estimated delivery window at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select.

If your order is a time-sensitive Christmas gift, we recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.

Can I use a discount code with free shipping?

Our system applies one promotion per order. This lets you use either a discount code or an automatic offer, like free shipping—whichever saves you more on the day! 

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you can expect the following delivery times:

Standard Shipping Australia:

  • Metro: 3-6 business days
  • Regional: 4-13 business days

Express Shipping Australia:

  • Metro: 1-3 business days
  • Regional: 2-5 business days

Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on location, public holidays, or peak periods.

Order Processing Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. Express orders are prioritised and shipped within 24 hours (Mon-Fri). During high-demand times such as sales or pre-orders, processing times may be longer. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

If you have not received a dispatch email after 4 business days, or if you require your order urgently, please contact us at hello@greenvyne.com.au.

Tracking Your Order

After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking link in your confirmation email. You can use this link to check the status and estimated delivery time of your order through our trusted carriers, Sendle and Australia Post.

Additional Information

  • Gift Cards: If you need a last-minute gift, we offer digital gift cards for flexibility and immediate delivery.
  • Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalising your order. Once an order begins processing, we may be unable to accommodate address changes, and Greenvyne cannot accept responsibility for orders shipped to an invalid address.
  • Authority to Leave: If you request an “authority to leave,” Greenvyne is not responsible for any packages that go missing after delivery.

Returns to Sender

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim within the carrier’s timeframe, you will have two options:

  1. Refund: We can refund your order, minus the original shipping charge and any return-to-sender fees.
  2. Resend: We can resend the order, but a new shipping fee will apply.
