By participating in the Greenvyne Plastic Free July 2026 Review Campaign, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your review.
The promoter is Greenvyne (ABN: 46784228429) of PO BOX 189, Oakleigh South, Victoria 3167, Australia ("Promoter"). The Promoter operates the website greenvyne.com.au.
The promotion commences at 12:01 am AEST on Monday, 1 June 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on Sunday, 5 July 2026 ("Promotion Period"). Reviews submitted outside this period are not eligible.
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who:
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
To enter, eligible customers must submit a product review for an eligible product via the Greenvyne website (using the Judge.me review platform) during the Promotion Period. Reviews may be text-only or include one or more photographs.
Submitting Your Review

Important: Review Confirmation Required
After submitting your review, you will receive a confirmation email from Greenvyne. You must click the confirmation link in that email for your review to be published and your entry to be counted.
Please check your junk or spam folder if you do not receive the confirmation email within a few minutes of submitting your review.
Entry is calculated as follows:
Entries stack across multiple eligible products from the same order.
Entry Example
A customer with one order containing 3 products submits 2 photo reviews and 1 text review:
2 photo reviews = 4 entries | 1 text review = 1 entry | Total = 5 entries
No purchase is required during the Promotion Period to enter. Customers must have a verified past order on record with the Promoter.
Each order is treated as a single entry pool, regardless of the number of customer accounts associated with that order.
Reviews must be submitted for products currently listed on greenvyne.com.au at the time of entry. If you purchased a product that is no longer available in our store, you are welcome to leave a store review using the review link instead. This will count as one (1) entry into the prize draw.
Store reviews submitted instead of a product review are not eligible for a participant reward voucher.
Eligibility of the Greenvyne cutlery set and divided plates will be confirmed and published on greenvyne.com.au before the campaign commencement date of 1 June 2026, subject to confirmed stock availability.
The Promoter reserves the right to update the list of eligible products before the campaign commencement date. Any updates will be published on the campaign page at greenvyne.com.au.
There are two (2) prizes available in the prize draw:

Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. The Visa gift card is issued by a third party and is subject to the issuer's terms and conditions, including expiry and usage conditions. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the performance or terms of any third-party gift card issuer.
In the event a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
The prize draw will be conducted at the Promoter's business premises on Wednesday, 8 July 2026. Two (2) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Each winner will receive one (1) prize.
The draw will be conducted by the Promoter or an authorised representative. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners will be notified by email within three (3) business days of the draw date. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw and select an alternative winner.
Winners' first names and state of residence may be published on the Promoter's website and/or email communications. Winners consent to the use of their first name and state for this purpose by accepting their prize.
In addition to the prize draw, all eligible participants who submit a qualifying review during the Promotion Period are entitled to a guaranteed store voucher reward, issued as a one-time discount code for use on greenvyne.com.au. Reward tiers are as follows:

One reward voucher is issued per eligible order, regardless of how many products are reviewed or how many reviews are submitted.
Where a customer submits both text-only and photo reviews from the same order, the higher $20 reward tier applies.
Vouchers are issued manually by the Promoter after the review is verified and published. Issuance will generally occur within 5 business days of review publication. Vouchers are valid for 180 days (6 months) from the date of issue and are subject to the Promoter's standard voucher terms.
Store vouchers are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise stated.

Reviews may be positive or negative. No minimum star rating is required to participate. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify reviews that do not meet these requirements or that violate platform guidelines.
Please note: automated reward functionality within Judge.me will be paused for the duration of the Promotion Period. All entries and vouchers will be tracked and issued manually by the Promoter.
By submitting a review, participants grant the Promoter a perpetual, royalty-free licence to publish, reproduce, and use the review content (including any photographs submitted) for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes across any channel, including the Greenvyne website, email communications, and social media.
The Promoter reserves the right to:
Incomplete or ineligible entries will be deemed void. The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final.
The Promoter is not responsible for:
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used solely for the purposes of administering the promotion, issuing rewards, notifying winners, and publishing winner details as outlined in these Terms. Information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at greenvyne.com.au/policies/privacy-policy.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Judge.me, Visa, or any other third-party platform or service provider. Any queries relating to this promotion should be directed to Greenvyne at hello@greenvyne.com.au.
This promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. By entering this promotion, participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
