The Details

  • 1500ml capacity, 19cm L x 13.6cm W x 8.7cm H.
  • A proper meal prep portion, batch cooking or a full workday lunch.
  • Microwave-safe stainless steel base. Remove the glass lid, place in the microwave, reheat and eat.
  • Oven safe. Freezer safe. Dishwasher safe; top rack for the glass lid.
  • Electropolished inside and out. Marinades, sauces and dressings leave no stain and no residual smell after a dishwasher cycle.
  • Tempered glass lid lets you see what's inside without opening it, handy for checking which container is Tuesday's lunch.
  • LFGB-certified silicone seal and vent plug. Independently lab-tested.
  • Nesting design. Stacks compactly in the fridge, whether you own multiple.

The Bigger Picture

  • Meal prepping in disposable or lower-quality plastic containers means replacing them constantly as they stain, warp and lose their seal. Six of these replace a year's worth of that cycle, permanently.
  • 304-grade stainless steel does not warp, stain or absorb odours. The container bought today works the same in ten years.
  • No plastic on any food-contact surface. Non-reactive steel body, inert glass lid, LFGB-certified silicone seal.
  • Plastic-free packaging throughout.
  • Australian-owned. Packed with care and dispatched from Melbourne.

Is it safe to marinate meat in a stainless steel container?

Yes. 304-grade stainless steel is non-reactive, so it won't interact with acidic marinades the way some materials do, and it won't hold onto smells afterwards. The tight-sealing lid also means marinating meat can go straight into the fridge without a separate covering.

How many 1500ml containers do I need for a week of meal prep?

Most people prepping five workday lunches find six containers cover a full week with a spare, since it means the last container of the week doesn't need to be washed and reused mid-week. The 2-pack suits lighter prep, two or three meals rather than a full week, or prepping in smaller batches more often.

Can I take this to work and reheat it there?

Yes. Remove the glass lid before microwaving, reheat the steel base directly, and put the lid back on for the walk back to your desk. No separate dish needed.
